Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately for easy printing at home.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box or mailer.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
